We will look at maintaining rhythm and the stages of a jump.
Finally, you will learn how to ride different elements commonly found in the SJ ring.
The riding takes place indoors at Wexford Equestrian on Sundays 8th, 15th, & 29th Jan and the mindset webinars are on the 5th and 19th Jan.
