Body protectors  standard approved by BETA for cross country minimum BETA 2009 Level 3 or EN 13158 2009 level 3 MUST be worn. Air jackets may be worn over the correct standard of body protector, they cannot be worn instead of a permitted body protector.

 Stopwatches  not permitted in any class use will incur elimination

Schooling whips are not permitted in warm up arena or competition Whips may not be longer than 75cm may not be weighted and must have a flap on end

Spurs are not permitted for riders under 12 years old in any class 

Competitors are requested to tie up long hair for safety and to assist stewards reading numbers..Competitors to have their own number bib and return laminated numbers after class to the office.

Competitors recommended wear a medical armband, stocks or neck supports

Please ensure you enter a suitable class for you and your horse. It is the responsibility of competitors to ensure that their tack and equipment is safe and suitable Studs are recommended for better grip .
